• Last available interim statements
• Turnover Tax Paying-in slips for the current year
• Project Report/ Feasibility Report (if available)
• Write up of the Management Structure, Production Facilities and Marketing strategy of the company
• Age Analysis of debtors and creditors
• Certificate of Borrowing
• Particulars of Bank Accounts of the parties who intend to participate as acceptance of the proposed facility (ID photocopies of applicant and guarantors)
• Resolution as provided by the bank
• Trade Reference
• Fund Flow Statement
• Specimen Signatures of Directors/ Officer authorised on behalf of the company
• A letter granting power of attorney (if necessary)
