Eligibility

  • Residents of Sri Lanka in between age of 18 – 60 years – New Customer
  • Residents of Sri Lanka in between age of 18 – 70 years – Existing CDB Customer
  • New Salaried individual – Executive Grade with a net salary of 300,000+
  • Any other bank credit card holder with the limit of above 500,0000 will be considered

Required documents

New Salaried Customers – Executive Grade and Above

  • Duly completed Credit Card Application Form
  • Copy of the NIC, valid passport, or valid driving license
  • Latest 2 months’ salary slips authenticated by the employer
  • Company Staff ID, Professional ID or Visiting Card
  • Copy of a recent utility bill as a proof of permanent address

New Salaried Customers – Any Other Bank Credit Card Holders

  • Duly completed Credit Card Application Form
  • Copy of the NIC, valid passport, or valid driving license
  • Latest 1 month salary slips authenticated by the employer
  • Company Staff ID, Professional ID or Visiting Card
  • Copy of any other bank credit card statement
  • Copy of a recent utility bill as a proof of permanent address

Self Employed – Any Other Bank Credit Card Holders

  • Duly completed credit card application form
  • Copy of the NIC, valid passport, or valid driving license
  • Certificate of Business Registration
  • Form 18 and 20 for Limited Liability Company
  • Bank statements for the last 3 months (personal)
  • Copy of any other bank credit card statement
  • Copy of a recent utility bill as a proof of permanent address

New & Existing customers

  • Duly completed credit card application form
  • Guarantor is not required for CDB existing leasing and deposit customers
