Q: What is the importance of paying on time?
A: We will review your credit limit periodically and enhance your limit if required. Frequent usage and timely repayments will make you eligible for these automatic enhancements. Infrequent or low usage of available credit limit and late payments may result in automatic reduction in your credit limit. These are notified via special messages on your statement.
Please also note the account will be categorized as “Delinquent” in the event the minimum amount is not paid by the due date. Late payments or usage of your account over the set credit limit can result in your transactions being declined.
