Assistant Brand Manager (Credit Cards)

To support the growth of our Credit Card portfolio, we seek a dynamic and tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends and digital engagement. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in brand positioning and product communications, with the ability to drive impactful campaigns and lead execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of brand and communication strategies for the Credit Card portfolio
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including product launches, promotional campaigns and always-on communications
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Digital teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze customer insights, usage behavior and market trends to optimize campaigns and drive card acquisition and usage
  • Manage ATL, BTL and digital channels to ensure consistent and effective brand communication
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners (agencies, media, vendors) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve ROI and portfolio growth
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient execution and performance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Age 27 years or above
  • A degree from a recognized university with a full or part qualification in CIM/SLIM
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in brand management, preferably in financial services or card-related marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, campaign planning and digital marketing
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking with a results-driven mindset
  • Prior experience in credit cards, banking or financial services will be a distinct advantage
