Mortgage Advisor

We seek a results-driven and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our Home Loan team on a fixed term contract basis. This role is ideal for a banking professional with strong experience in property loan sales and operations, coupled with a sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in property financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell home loan/mortgage products to prospective and existing customers
• Provide expert advisory services on property financing solutions tailored to customer needs
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process from application to disbursement
• Ensure accurate documentation, credit assessment coordination and timely processing
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents and internal stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies
• Monitor portfolio performance and support collections where necessary
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates and regulatory changes impacting property financing

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in property loan sales and/or mortgage operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to property financing
• Good knowledge of credit evaluation and mortgage documentation processes
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

Recently retired banking professional or individual nearing retirement with extensive experience in mortgage/property financing
